The problem (so far) occurred only from the Windows 2008 R2 RDS server with Office 2003 installed. I initially thought it was a sycronization issue, so I tested by starting an email with a line, every 3 minutes I added a new line. This problem appears to be caused by outlook losing security access to the font file.

Part of the problem is that the situation does not occur all the time. Both times it has been noticed here the email has been HTML format with some attachments. MCSE, MCSA & MCP/Cisco CCNP & CCNA. The users have been different each time.
