Hmm, I was able to open hyperlinks just fine in Outlook a few days back, so what had changed? See Support Services for fees and to check availability. On Windows XP, you can do the same by going to Control Panel > Add and Remove Programs > Default Programs > Set your default programs. When I go to any website a pop up says do I want to make IE default I click yes.
