Our work around currently is to just copy the contents of the email. A misspelled word gets a red underline but right clicking STILL offers my signatures. I've found a workaround involving just creating a simple signature consisting of: "Thanks, TcpIp" And then set this signature to be the default reply signature. This enables spell check as you type and grammar features.

If you type a word incorrectly in the area defined as the Signature, then right-clicking will bring up the Outlook signatures menu and not the spellcheck menu as expected.
