You should have normal.dot, "Word commands", "All active templates" and possibly a Document1(document) for the current unsaved document. OS is Win2K. I then tried to re-install and got an error to type a string in the run to get info for customer support. It's telling me that Office Open XML has better security, which is fine, but I need my spreadsheets to be compatible with Excel 97-2003.
I can open Word, begin typing and the program hangs.
