In Windows XP/2000 set the refresh rate to 60hz. Nope.. If an "Out of Scan Range" message still appears on your interactive pen display, contact SMART Support. You may also try to plug in another monitor to your PC. I can see XP when I hook it up to the Planar, but it is too garbled to read.
