The same thing happened with the 2004-12-23-08 build (these were the two start dates I picked for the binary search). This started with Firefox 1.5. If it works, the problem points to IE.

So please, all interested parties vote for this bug. Becuase, as you said earlier, you are only using the HTML message format. If I reinstall word (and not sure how to do it) I'd have to do the scanner thing too wouldn't I?......this is all taking so much time and almost beyond my check over here Basically, I don't think this bug is gone for good at least something related still seems to be affecting me.
