I really think this is just ONE invalid registry value. Is there any way of configuring Outlook so that it only comes up with the second 'generic' print panel. This occurs even though the printer driver is not set to manual feed.SOLUTION: The printer is receiving a manual feed command from the Microsoft Outlook application. Printer dialog box shows out of paper. Problem is when I try to print a message from Outlook it hangs. Do I just uninstall/re-install Office 2000? As a guest, you can browse and view the various discussions in the forums, but can not create a new topic or reply to an existing one unless you are logged Loading... It is absolutely ludicrous to suggest to have to go in and change format or save to anther file first and then print. Can't print.
