Outlook 2000 Woes

That must go back to my upgrade from Outlook 2000 to 2003. I have both it and KernelEx installed and as far as Outlook 98 is concerned, if I disable KernelEx or even boot into safe mode, I get an error about OUTLOOK All of the individual suite applications are supported here, so please post your question in the relevant section for help.
