Without the Office 2000 CD, you may not be able to reinstall the add-in, unless Microsoft offers it at their site. And you are right that I can no longer access the preview pane. I am thinking about Dreamboat's advice to run Erase 2000 to try to get rid of the Premium installation but I'm afraid of losing my contacts and stored emails.
