Exchange 2010 SP1 RU3 was re-released due to a bug with Blackberry devices. Berry & Regina Smith, that contact is displayed in outlook as "& Regina Smith, Berry". Many of the people we're switching to the MAPI connector have years of events pre-planned and scheduled so re-entering those manually is absolutely out of the question.
