The recommendation is to use pop virtual server. Just click the sign up button to choose a username and then you can ask your own questions on the forum. I just did a round trip test, including an 'Accept' reply, and it works like a champ - I'm soooo happy! That should enable the "send as iCalendar option." What I'm not sure of is whether checking that option will generate an iCal meeting request that gets through Exchange 5.5.
