Nice job with the screenshots, made it a breeze. This happens because Outlook determines the sending account based on the currently selected data store when a new mail message is created. I know this issue has been posted before, but there is no definitive answer on newsgroups or Microsoft knowledge bases, so I'm hoping for some help.
This change in behavior takes some getting used to, but its my experience that once they understand how it works, most users with multiple POP3 or Exchange accounts like it. Is there a way to automate the signature based on the from address, when both are on the same account? I'm available for hire. In Outlook 2003 we are unable to forward an email received by a POP3 account to a member of the Exchange group without manually selecting the Exchange account.

Looks like I keyed it incorrectly when I redid it before...but I do still have a problem with the data going to the inbox instead of separate folders still. See Support Services for fees and to check availability. I realize there is a whole different way of accomplishing this w/ 2003. But this should serve as a start to help you get your email organized.
