If you change your default browser to anything but Internet Explorer, Outlook Express will go senile and links won't work.2.Internet Explorer can be reset and "repaired". It's ok to keep the office word etc, but outlook just stinks and the security stinks you gotta download 2 service packs just to secure outlook. This does not need a repair install of either Outlook, nor their Operating System.
