To get my game-related e-mails into that folder, I create rules for the e-mails that come through my inbox and tell them to go directly to the Games folder. I’ve set up an E-mail Rule to redirect e-mails I receive with the following in the subject line: “I have a Catholic question” to my unanswered questions folder. Currently, it stacks in my Inbox until I run the rules manually. I have exactly the same problem. It looks like the user-defined rules come along AFTER the spam filter has dont its work and moves the messages that had already been selected as spam. WHEN I CREATE RULES THEY GO TO MY SPAM FOLDER & THE SPAM MAIL GOES INTO MY INBOX.
