And I remember finding a solution to the OUtlook problem where i found a specific entry in REGISTRY which set the startup position, and deleted it (can't find it again). saved me many hours oftroubleshooting.

Unable to load
I finally figured out the answer to outlook not opening a window but showing in the taskbar. Outlook Stuck On Loading Profile No wonder more and more people are switching to Macs and pads. However, now it is running fine! Close Outlook 2.

Outlook Won't Start but what actually worked and appears to still be working is, when outlook is opened(but cannot be seen on screen). Outlook 2016 Won't Open HOWEVER this is not apermanentfix.
