My questions is am I the ONLY one having laggy gameplay or are others with high end systems having performance issues? It also seems to just be this area of the game so far. FEAR had a terrible framerate when I had my gamepad plugged in, but disabling HID-compliant devices fixed that. To get the best performance, you are going to want to disable all "HID-Compliant Device", you should not need to disable ANYTHING else. I followed the directions and it doesn't work.
